From the family album #2

Recently I got in possession of all the photo albums from my mother. There are some real nice photo's from the fifties and sixties in there. I started with a small series of paintings, about 3 or 4 with oil on canvas, 60 x 80 cm. This is the second one in the series, "Rita & Mien in Limburg, 1959".
I added some props like a ticket, pen and a sugar bag.
As soon as this painting is finished I will be sending it to Gallerie Stam in Amsterdam.

I've got assignments for a drawing of Bruce Springsteen, Dog Lola and Michael Jackson from people who enjoy, and in most cases, bought my Elvis in Charcoal drawings. The drawing of Amy Winehouse I made because I think she was a fantastic singer.

Exhibition Galerie de Stoker en Open Atelierroute 2013

Saturday, April 27th was the opening of my exhibition.
Recent works from the "Postcards from Amsterdam" were shown here.
I received lots of nice comments and sold one painting.

On October 5 and 6, 2013, I participated in the Atelierroute Zaanstad / Wormerland.
I had many visitors and received great responses. I sold one work at this event.
